You may ask Why did I start organization Queen Sheba Village (in brief).
Since I was a young girl in southern Alabama, I had a love to help people, young , elders anybody including animals. Still today the desire to be of service is a ongoing thrill to me. Simply I have a interest to serve the public and the best way I learned to do so was to become a volunteer. I volunteered at many public social and educational institutions which are many and still today.
What Impact have We had locally and worldwide?
We have been fortunately blessed to have people from all across the globe from many different countries take a interest in our programs, events and projects to support our communities volunteering remotely from the comfortable workspace in their own homes or physically on the grounds alongside other caring volunteers in Senegal, West Africa. We have impacted thousands of impoverished women, girls including elders, orphans and families nearly twenty years ongoing providing pro bono educational opportunities academically and providing material products as well as social welfare services and resources.

All of what you will see is supported with the assistance of our global volunteers including Business Administration and Human Resources and some of everything in between. Successful projects and events have been completed with volunteering support with several plans in the making.
What are we in need of?
An active Board of Directors
Who have the following expertise or passion: Fundraising, law, social media marketing, content marketing, grant writing, finance and are passionate about micro finance, female genital cutting awareness and philanthropic endeavors.
Commitment: Monthly meetings, bringing 2-3 volunteers who are passionate to join our board/committee when your time is completed. Fundraise at least $500 and make a effort to promote Queen Sheba Village organization on social media! One year commitment.
